At Dot Robot we build custom power distribution solutions fitting the dimensions and requirements of a specific vehicle, machine or robot. We ensure that the power is optimally distributed from and to the various components of a system and typically include communication lines in the overall design e.g. to prevent EMC disturbances.
Example elements of our power distribution solutions are HV cables and connectors, HV PDUs incl. busbars, HV and LV fuses and fuse boxes, and LV wireharnesses/wirelooms.
Integration into the system requires the addition of passive, and sometimes active, electronics like HVIL (high-voltage interlock) detection and CAN gateways.
